Registration Name
The first and last name that you use to register for this conference should be the same in Zeta Member Services (Fonteva). Zeta Member Services is the platform that we paid our national, regional, and state assessments. Member Planet is the platform that will be used to register for the 2025 South Central Region Leadership Conference. This will assist in verifying your identity.

Badge/Registration Material Pick-Up
Your pre-printed badge and registration materials will be held for you at the registration desk. Each registered Soror, Amica, Zeta Youth, Zeta Male Network or Guest will pick up ONLY their registration material. Please be prepared to show a government issued photo identification to receive your materials. Your badge is needed to enter all conference meetings, workshops, and events included in your registration fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested in writing on/or before May 11, 2025 @ 11:59 p.m. Refund requests should be sent directly to Tabitha Matthews, Tamias-Grammateus at P.O. Box 25611, Memphis, TN 38125, or by email to SCRTamiasGrammateus23@gmail.com. (Minus processing fee $130.00 and Memberplanet fee)
Consent to Photography and/or Video by the South Central Region
By registering for the 2025 South Central Regional Leadership Conference, you authorize the South Central Region of Zeta Phi eta Sorority, Incorporated the right to photograph, record, reproduce, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all images captured to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, souvenir journals, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. Furthermore, the registrant releases the South Central Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to all images.
Release and Waiver
Your attendance at the Conference is entirely voluntary and could result in personal injury (including death, exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19) and/or property damage. By attending, observing, or participating in the Conference, You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Conference, and You agree that: (a) the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated (b) the South Central Region of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority, Inc. (c) the property or site owner where the Conference is held, will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death or exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/ or observation of the Conference. You agree to release, waive, and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against the Released Parties, either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property. You agree to release, waive, and forever discharge any potential claims and demands that you, your heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your participation in and/or attendance at the Conference.
BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE CONFERENCE, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.
