Consent to Photography by the South Central Region:  By registering for the South Central Region Leadership Conferece, you authorize the South Central Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated the right to photograph, record, reproduce, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all images captured to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, souvenir journals, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. Furthermore, the registrant releases the South Central Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to all images.
