Legacy Club Induction Eligibility:
● Membership is open to registered Sorors and Amicae of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
● Application is required
● Soror must be Financial on all levels
● Relationship to Soror MUST be one of the following: Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, Niece, or Cousin by Birth, Marriage, or Adoption.

Legacy Induction Fee:
● $40.00 (Includes Certificate, Legacy Stole, and Legacy Pin)
Registration:
● Registration Deadline: April 15, 2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Attendance is encouraged but not required

Milestones
This recognition is for Sorors and Amicae who have reached milestones for the following sorority years July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 and July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. Register for the conference before filling out this form. The following Milestone Years will be recognized: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70
Necrology
The South Central Region expresses words of comfort and compassion for those who are requesting prayer, and we send our condolences to the bereaved, their chapters and auxiliaries who have suffered a loss of a Soror, Friend, Youth, Male Network, or a loved one.
Please enter the requested information for each Triumphant Soror or auxiliary member. A picture is requested.
NOTE: There will be a tribute video presentation at the SCR Leadership Conference. Please upload a picture. Failure to upload a picture will result in the name being listed only.
If you are requesting submission to be included in the Necrology report for the SCR Leadership Conference, they are due May 15, 2025.
